Delivery and Shipping Policy – NonceLabs

At NonceLabs (“we”, “our”, “us”), we primarily provide digital services, software solutions, and technology consulting. This Delivery and Shipping Policy explains how our services and deliverables are provided to clients.


1. Nature of Deliverables

NonceLabs delivers:

  • Digital products
  • Software applications
  • Source code (where applicable)
  • Reports, documentation, and designs
  • Consulting and advisory services

We do not ship physical goods unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.


2. Delivery Method

All deliverables are provided through one or more of the following methods:

  • Email communication
  • Secure cloud platforms (e.g., Google Drive, GitHub, private servers)
  • Client dashboards or project management tools
  • API access or digital deployment

Delivery method will be mutually agreed upon before project commencement.


3. Delivery Timeline

  • Project timelines are defined in proposals, agreements, or statements of work
  • Delivery schedules depend on project scope, complexity, and client responsiveness
  • Any delay caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, or external dependencies will extend the delivery timeline accordingly

NonceLabs is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms or services.


4. Milestone-Based Delivery

For larger projects:

  • Deliverables may be provided in milestones or phases
  • Each milestone will be considered delivered once shared through the agreed channel
  • Feedback or revisions must be requested within the agreed review period

5. Revisions and Modifications

  • Revisions are handled as per the agreed scope of work
  • Requests beyond the original scope may result in additional charges and extended timelines
  • No delivery obligations apply for services paused due to non-payment

6. No Physical Shipping

NonceLabs does not offer:

  • Courier or postal shipping
  • Cash-on-delivery services
  • International or domestic physical shipment

Any exception must be documented in a formal written contract.


7. Service Activation

For subscription-based or access-based services:

  • Access will be activated after successful payment confirmation
  • Login credentials or access details will be shared via registered email

8. Delivery Confirmation

A service or product is considered delivered when:

  • Files or access details are shared with the client
  • Deployment is completed on the agreed platform
  • Confirmation is sent via email or project management tools

9. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you experience any delivery-related issues, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.
