At NonceLabs (“we”, “our”, “us”), we specialize in delivering customized digital services and technology solutions. This Cancellation and Replacement Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and replacements may be requested.


1. Nature of Services

NonceLabs primarily offers:

  • Software development services
  • Blockchain and Web3 solutions
  • Digital products and platforms
  • Consulting and technical advisory services

As our offerings are custom-built and service-based, replacement and cancellation options are limited.


2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Before Project Commencement

Cancellation requests submitted before work has started may be considered.

  • Any administrative or transaction charges may be deducted
  • Refunds, if applicable, will follow our Refund Policy

2.2 After Project Commencement

Once work has begun:

  • Cancellations are not permitted
  • No refunds will be issued
  • Payments already made will be treated as compensation for resources allocated

3. Replacement Policy

Since NonceLabs does not deliver physical goods:

  • Replacement of physical items is not applicable

For digital services or deliverables:

  • If a deliverable is found to be technically defective or incomplete as per the agreed scope, we will correct or rework it
  • Replacement or correction is limited strictly to the originally agreed scope of work
  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Cancellation or replacement requests will not be entertained in cases of:

  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Delay caused by client-side dependencies or approvals
  • Requests beyond the defined project scope
  • Misunderstanding of service features after delivery

5. Service Suspension Due to Non-Payment

NonceLabs reserves the right to:

  • Pause or cancel ongoing services if payments are delayed
  • Resume services only after dues are cleared

No replacement or re-delivery obligations apply during suspension.


6. Changes to This Policy

NonceLabs may update this Cancellation and Replacement Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
