Due to the customized and resource-intensive nature of our services, refunds are limited.

2. No Refund After Work Commencement

Once a project or service has started:

  • No refunds will be issued
  • Resources, time, and expertise are immediately allocated

Clients are encouraged to carefully review project scope and requirements before making payment.

3. Refund Eligibility (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made in error
  • Payment processed but service not initiated
  • Technical error resulting in incorrect billing

All refund requests must be submitted in writing.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 2 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Services already delivered (fully or partially)
  • Custom development work
  • Consulting hours
  • Subscription fees once access is granted
  • Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting NonceLabs first may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Permanent account termination

We encourage clients to resolve disputes directly with us.

7. Changes to This Policy

NonceLabs reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting on our website.
